Philosophy: The fitness journey can be overwhelming and difficult. Its hard to know where to begin, and equally hard sticking to it. I believe the key to making fitness part of your life is not only finding what you love doing, but also what challenges you. At Breakthrough Bootcamp, we can help you with your fitness journey. Its not just the fun, challenging workouts, it’s the other half of the picture. The welcoming atmosphere, the support from the trainers and other bootcampers, the nutritional advice, and even the great music. We are all in this together!

What I Wish More People Knew: Surrounding yourself with good energy and positive like-minded people can be key to a fitness program working for you. Positivity is contagious!

Biggest Fitness Myth: Women worry about becoming bulky from lifting weights. What in fact happens when you weight train, is that your muscles get stronger. As a result, you burn more fat and achieve the toned look you’re after.
